Sessions House, the home of DCCIA and ATU’s BA (Hons) Jewellery and Goldsmithing programme will welcome guests for a public open day on 11th December, 2024.
Date: Wednesday, 11th December 2024 from 10am – 6pm
This programme, the first of its kind in Ireland, is celebrating the culmination of the first semester in this state of the art facility in Thomastown, Kilkenny.
Visitors will be able to meet the programme delivery team and DCCIA staff, tour the building, and catch glimpses of students as they receive Hand Engraving instruction from Master Engraver Angus McFadyen. First term projects will be on display for visitors to view, showing the progress students have made within the first few months of their studies.
