Following the success of our MidSummer Makerthon this all-day event brings together inquisitive and creative minds to The Dock Arts Centre in Carrick On Shannon to make wonderful things.
Makers, designers, craftspeople, coders, and artists will be invited to bring their A-game to the same physical space for a brief but intense period of collaboration, making, hacking, and building. By collaborating on focused tasks during this short period, small groups of makers are capable of producing remarkable results. All digital fabrication equipment and materials will be provided, participants only need to bring an open mind and their creativity for this exciting interactive event.
